Zillow Provides Good Bargaining Leverage for a Lake Stevens Seller [Funny]

I know there are many Zillow fans among my readers. (Zillow comes up in almost any discussion with a home buyer or seller).

Here’s an interesting piece of news you might like.

Zillow has just put a Lake Stevens seller in an awesome barganing position! If a potential buyer sends a low ball offer, the home seller should reply right back with a link to Zillow where his $90,000 Lake Stevens home is valued at $812,000!

I understand that this is just some algorythm bug and should be fixed soon. The only thing I don’t understand is why the home seller is complaining… :)
