Hello, I’d Like to Buy Your House!

Recently, I showed a home in Arlington, WA to a nice couple who contacted me via this website.

The home they were interested in was a bank-owned house. The buyers said they love horses, and since, this Arlington home was located on acreage and had a stable, it seamed to be a perfect fit.

While viewing the property, we’re discussing challenges of buying a bank-owned home, and talking about real estate market in general.

Naturally, as a real estate agent, I asked them whether they need to sell their current home.

The answer was very surprising! Yes, they sold it already! But how?

They neither listed it with a real estate agent, nor put a “For Sale by Owner” sign!

While there are so many homes for sale in Arlington, somebody just knocked on the door of their Gleneagle home and asked whether they would like to sell! Obviously, they were also willing to pay a good price.

If you’re thinking about selling, that should be a reason compelling enough to keep your home and yard in that pristine condition!
