Lake Stevens Open House Was Fun! [VIDEO]

Last Saturday, I was hosting an open house in Lake Stevens. It was scheduled from 1pm to 4pm. I came to Lake Stevens well before 1pm as I had to set up my signs on all crossroads around the open house to be.

The truth is I didn’t have too many visitors. Either it’s the market (currently, we have 1 buyer for 7 sellers!), or maybe it was a nice day and everyone went to the park or the lake (it’s Lake Stevens, right?).

Nevertheless, it was about 5pm and I still didn’t seem to want to leave. Why? I fell in love with this water feature in the backyard. The sound of water was so relaxing… I got my beach chair from the trunk, set my laptop on my knees, and just sat in the shadow browsing the web and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere created by this nice water feature and well done landscaping.
