As expected the number of homes sold in Snohomish county in November decreased. Traditionally real estate activities slow down in autumn and winter.
Comparing to 2009 (which was a bit unusual), there’s a huge monthly drop in sales.
On the bright side, the sales didn’t decrease as much as in 2008. It will be interesting to see the December 2010 results, since two years ago December home sales edged up.
