Selling Your Home? Get Great Photos!!!

A picture is worth a thousand words, they say…

Face it. Rather then driving through neighborhoods and looking for signs and flyers, most buyers search for homes online.

What is the most important single thing that is guaranteed to catch buyer’s attention? A great photo of a home!

On my last Marysville listing I enlisted the help of Josh Phoenix of HD Estates. Josh is running a successful real estate photography business and his work has recently been featured in the USA today!

He drove up to Marysville, took the pictures, and the following day I had 15 great photos of the home. In addition, HD Estates provide a photo gallery hosted on their website, which I could link to from the MLS.

Needless to say that because of the quality photos:

• The listing had lots of views on MLS and other websites (like Trulia. I subscribe to their Pro account and can see the stats)
• The home had lots of showings.
